Donate to SF Zine Fest. Every cent helps us make SF Zine Fest the best it can be!

A program of the Intersection for the Arts, San Francisco Zine Fest’s mission is to advance the do-it-yourself ethos by fostering community and engagement throughout the Bay Area. The purpose of the festival is to provide community, resources and visibility to Bay Area artists and art collectives most likely to be excluded from traditional arts-career pathways. We provide our community with equitable opportunities to show and sell work, to build friendships in the community, and to form supportive networks among the arts-loving public.

This year, we met the needs of our communities by having ASL interpretation at all panels and readings; for the first time we implemented a sliding-scale registration fee so artists didn't feel discouraged from lack of funds; free admission to all events; free wheelchair-accessible shuttle to and from the festival venue to BART; curated festival lineup for greater presence of first-time creators and historically disenfranchised communities; safer spaces policy, with organizers available to handle issues as or after they appear; and designated "Quiet Spaces" at the festival.

So please consider making a tax-deductible donation that we can bring you an equally successful (actually, even better!) San Francisco Zine Fest in 2018.

Thank you.
